Retail sales dip amid wet weather and weaker supermarket trading

It's been a bit of a damp start to the week for our local shops here in Chelmsford, with the recent rainy spell affecting how much we've all been spending. It seems the weather, along with a slight slowdown in supermarket sales, has had an impact on the high street.
